She wasn't short on clients

She wasn't short on clients. She was short on a finish line that was actually hers.

She kept looking at the tattooers around her and deciding she was behind. Meanwhile she was booked out, burnt out and coming home to her kids with nothing left to give them. And she'd shame herself for that every time.

So we stopped looking sideways. We looked at where she was and set milestones that made sense from there, like how much work did she really need to finish during a session, what was the experience she really wanted to create for her clients, and when was the right time to actually raise her prices.

Now the bills get paid and there's a surplus. She comes home thinking about how to make bath time fun instead of if there will be food on the table next week.

The number changed because everything underneath it changed.
